We are already familiar with all the top waterfront locations in Maine from Wells to Scarborough, Sebago to the Saco River, Belgrade to Cobbossee, Rangeley to Moosehead, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill and DownEast and then the Mid-Coast from Belfast down through Camden to Harpswell. With our knowledge of these areas, we can help your guests decide where they want to be and what they can do when they get there.

The Maple Island Lodge is just one of the mulit-use properties we offer for rent. By summer, it is a vacation rental property located on Cobbossee Lake in Monmouth. We rent it by the week for vacationer use. Starting in October, we change the use of the property to that of a short-term property. With a rent offered in the $800-$1000 a month range, this property is an excellent short-term rental property from October through June. In betweem we open and close the property as needed, mow the lawns, respond to issues that arrise, and arrange for trash pick-up and snow removal, as well as put in and pull out the docks each summer season.
